Welcome! Let me tell you a little about who I am and why I wrote "Lose Weight Now . . . Stay Slim Forever."
You see, I've struggled with my weight since I was 13 years old. I wanted to lose weight, but I loved to eat . . .I was constantly spending all of my time and energy trying to find an answer to this problem.
And the harder I tried, the worse it got. I tried 1 diet after another.
I HATED dieting!
The more I attempted to avoid eating something, the more I craved it. It would ALWAYS backfire. Most people who lose weight by dieting regain MORE than what they lost. It was 1 big frustrating cycle . . . and I was FED UP! I felt like I was in a prison, and I wanted my FREEDOM more than anything else. I didn't care how long it took. I was tired of looking for the quick fix. I wanted a REAL solution. Click here to get started.
What I found is that I could use nondieting strategies, combine them with what I know about psychology and actually LOSE weight.
Much of my overeating was driven by stress, emotions and fatigue ("I'm tired and I just want to eat . . .") Emotional eating is the biggest reason people can't lose weight.
So, once I figured out the emotional piece of it, the weight came off . . . and stayed off.
WHAT TO DO INSTEAD
The hardest part was figuring out what to do instead.
Somehow, having a list of alternative activities did NOT help. When you are in the midst of a food craving, having someone telling you to go take a bath is NOT helpful. So I put together this whole program, and taught my clients to use the strategies.
